Sheila & John Appleby have owned Sussex Spaniels since 1992. They first concentrated on working their dogs in the Shooting field and have also bred several litters over the years. They’ve had modest success in the Show ring. They presently have 4 Sussex Spaniels, including Quarr Spinning Jenny almost 13 years. Her sire was a Norriss dog and she has been the best working dog they’ve owned. Sheila and John are Kennel Club Accredited Breeders and Sheila is also the UK SSA Secretary.
